Nooks fall in Anchorage to Bucs
The Anchorage Bucs defeated the CER Chinooks on Tuesday night at Mulcahy Stadium 6-0. For the second night in a row, the Nooks were held to just three hits and no runs. Much like the night before, the opponent. this time the Bucs, were able to strike early and add on throughout the game. Anchorage was able to plate at least one run in five of the first seven innnings. Four pitchers twirled the three hit shutout for the Bucs. Chinooks that carded singles were Sam Kwapnioski and Jordan Jaffe and Jacob Hayes had a double. That was all the Fish offense could muster on this night. Next up is a home game as the Chinooks host the Peninsula Oilers at 6 pm on Wednesday.
